About the position
People & Management Assistant zur organisatorischen Unterstützung der Direktion und des Teams in der Forsthofalm in Leogang ab sofort. Ganzjährige unbefristete Vollzeitstelle.
Tasks
Termine, Meetings, E-Mails und Korrespondenz koordinieren, Unterlagen und Listen vorbereiten, Dokumente ablegen und Büro organisieren. Onboarding, Mitarbeiterunterkünfte und Arbeitskleidung organisieren, organisatorische Mitarbeiterdaten pflegen und Zeiterfassung vorbereiten. Bei Stellenanzeigen, Recruiting-Kanälen, Karriereseite und Employer Branding mit Marketing zusammenarbeiten sowie interne Projekte und Veranstaltungen unterstützen. Arbeitsverträge, arbeitsrechtliche Entscheidungen, Lohnverrechnung und rechtlich relevante HR-Themen sind ausdrücklich nicht Teil der Verantwortung.
Requirements
Kaufmännische oder touristische Ausbildung beziehungsweise vergleichbare Erfahrung; erste Praxis in Assistenz, Sekretariat, Administration oder HR-nahem Bereich. Im Profil je ein Jahr Berufs- und Führungserfahrung. Organisation, selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten, gute Outlook-/Excel-Kenntnisse, Serviceorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Diskretion. Professionelle Kommunikation, Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative; relevante Themen an Direktion oder zuständige Stellen weitergeben. Deutsch C1, Englisch B2, Führerschein B. EU-Bürger bevorzugt.
