About the position
People & Management Assistant για την οργανωτική υποστήριξη της διεύθυνσης και της ομάδας στο Forsthofalm στο Leogang, άμεσα διαθέσιμη. Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης, μόνιμη, όλο τον χρόνο.
Tasks
Συντονισμός ραντεβού, συναντήσεων, email και αλληλογραφίας, προετοιμασία εγγράφων και λιστών, αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων και οργάνωση γραφείου. Οργάνωση onboarding, καταλυμάτων εργαζομένων και ενδυμασίας εργασίας, τήρηση οργανωτικών στοιχείων εργαζομένων και προετοιμασία καταγραφής χρόνου εργασίας. Συνεργασία με το τμήμα marketing για αγγελίες θέσεων εργασίας, κανάλια προσλήψεων, σελίδα καριέρας και employer branding, καθώς και υποστήριξη εσωτερικών έργων και εκδηλώσεων. Συμβάσεις εργασίας, αποφάσεις εργατικού δικαίου, μισθοδοσία και νομικά ζητήματα HR δεν αποτελούν ρητά μέρος των αρμοδιοτήτων.
Requirements
Εμπορική ή τουριστική εκπαίδευση ή συγκρίσιμη εμπειρία· πρώτη πρακτική εμπειρία σε θέση βοηθού, γραμματείας, διοίκησης ή σε τομέα συναφή με το HR. Στο προφίλ ένα έτος επαγγελματικής και ένα έτος διευθυντικής εμπειρίας. Οργανωτικότητα, αυτόνομη και δομημένη εργασία, καλή γνώση Outlook/Excel, προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση, αξιοπιστία, ακρίβεια και εχεμύθεια. Επαγγελματική επικοινωνία, ομαδικό πνεύμα και πρωτοβουλία· μεταβίβαση σχετικών θεμάτων στη διεύθυνση ή στα αρμόδια τμήματα. Γερμανικά C1, Αγγλικά B2, δίπλωμα οδήγησης B. Προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ.
