About the position
Asystent ds. People & Management do wsparcia organizacyjnego dyrekcji i zespołu w Forsthofalm w Leogang od zaraz. Całoroczne, bezterminowe stanowisko w pełnym wymiarze godzin.
Tasks
Koordynowanie terminów, spotkań, e-maili i korespondencji, przygotowywanie dokumentów i list, archiwizowanie dokumentów oraz organizacja pracy biura. Organizacja onboardingu, zakwaterowania pracowników i odzieży roboczej, prowadzenie organizacyjnych danych pracowników i przygotowywanie ewidencji czasu pracy. Współpraca z działem marketingu przy ogłoszeniach o pracę, kanałach rekrutacyjnych, stronie kariery i employer brandingu oraz wspieranie projektów wewnętrznych i wydarzeń. Umowy o pracę, decyzje z zakresu prawa pracy, rozliczanie wynagrodzeń i zagadnienia HR o znaczeniu prawnym wyraźnie nie należą do zakresu odpowiedzialności.
Requirements
Wykształcenie handlowe lub turystyczne bądź porównywalne doświadczenie; pierwsza praktyka w obszarze asystenckim, sekretariatu, administracji lub zbliżonym do HR. W profilu po jednym roku doświadczenia zawodowego i kierowniczego. Organizacja, samodzielna i uporządkowana praca, dobra znajomość Outlooka/Excela, orientacja na obsługę, niezawodność, dokładność i dyskrecja. Profesjonalna komunikacja, duch zespołowy i inicjatywa; przekazywanie istotnych kwestii dyrekcji lub właściwym komórkom. Niemiecki C1, angielski B2, prawo jazdy kat. B. Obywatele UE preferowani.
