About the position
People & Management Assistant na organizačnú podporu riaditeľstva a tímu v Forsthofalm v Leogangu od okamžite. Celoročné trvalé pracovné miesto na plný úväzok.
Tasks
Koordinovať termíny, stretnutia, e-maily a korešpondenciu, pripravovať podklady a zoznamy, ukladať dokumenty a organizovať chod kancelárie. Organizovať onboarding, ubytovanie zamestnancov a pracovné oblečenie, viesť organizačné údaje zamestnancov a pripravovať evidenciu pracovného času. Spolupracovať s marketingom pri pracovných inzerátoch, náborových kanáloch, kariérnej stránke a employer brandingu a podporovať interné projekty a podujatia. Pracovné zmluvy, pracovnoprávne rozhodnutia, mzdová agenda a právne relevantné HR témy nie sú výslovne súčasťou zodpovednosti.
Requirements
Obchodné alebo turistické vzdelanie, prípadne porovnateľné skúsenosti; prvé praktické skúsenosti v asistencii, sekretariáte, administratíve alebo v oblasti blízkej HR. V profile jeden rok odborných a jeden rok vedúcich skúseností. Organizačné schopnosti, samostatná a štruktúrovaná práca, dobrá znalosť Outlooku/Excelu, orientácia na služby, spoľahlivosť, presnosť a diskrétnosť. Profesionálna komunikácia, tímový duch a vlastná iniciatíva; relevantné témy odovzdávať riaditeľstvu alebo príslušným útvarom. Nemčina C1, angličtina B2, vodičský preukaz B. Občania EÚ uprednostňovaní.
