About the position
Leitungsposition im Almwellness-Resort Tuffbad im Lesachtal für Winter- und Sommersaison. Schwerpunkt sind Gästebetreuung, Teamführung, Verkauf und die Weiterentwicklung digitaler Abläufe.
Tasks
Rezeptionsteam führen, motivieren und weiterentwickeln; Dienstpläne, Reservierungsabläufe und Qualitätsstandards organisieren. Gäste vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise betreuen, Wünsche und Reklamationen bearbeiten und Zimmer, Pauschalen, Wellness- und Zusatzleistungen aktiv verkaufen. Auslastung, Anschlussbuchungen und Verkaufsziele optimieren. Hotelwissen im Team vermitteln. Buchungs- und Verkaufsdaten mit Excel und Dashboards auswerten, KI-Werkzeuge für Recherche, Kommunikation und Organisation nutzen, Ergebnisse und Quellen kritisch prüfen sowie Datenschutz und menschliche Kontrolle gewährleisten. Wiederholbare Abläufe und sinnvolle Automatisierungen entwickeln, Social Media und Bildsprache unterstützen, kreative Angebote gestalten und mit allen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten.
Requirements
Ausbildung in Hotellerie/Tourismus oder vergleichbare Praxis; mehrjährige Rezeptionserfahrung, idealerweise Führungserfahrung. Im Profil: drei Jahre Berufspraxis und ein Jahr Führung. Hotel- und Reservierungssoftware sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel; wirtschaftliches Denken und Freude am Verkauf. Deutsch C2 und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil. Empathie, Führungskompetenz, Organisation, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lernbereitschaft. Interesse an Digitalisierung und KI sowie Identifikation mit Achtsamkeit, Nachhaltigkeit und wertschätzender Zusammenarbeit.
