About the position
Vodeća pozicija u Almwellness-Resort Tuffbad u Lesachtalu za zimsku i ljetnu sezonu. Naglasak je na brizi o gostima, vođenju tima, prodaji i daljnjem razvoju digitalnih procesa.
Tasks
Voditi, motivirati i razvijati recepcijski tim; organizirati rasporede smjena, procese rezervacija i standarde kvalitete. Brinuti se o gostima od prvog kontakta do odjave, rješavati želje i pritužbe te aktivno prodavati sobe, pakete, wellness i dodatne usluge. Optimizirati popunjenost, naknadne rezervacije i prodajne ciljeve. Prenositi znanje o hotelu na tim. Analizirati podatke o rezervacijama i prodaji pomoću Excela i nadzornih ploča, koristiti AI alate za istraživanje, komunikaciju i organizaciju, kritički provjeravati rezultate i izvore te osigurati zaštitu podataka i ljudski nadzor. Razvijati ponovljive procese i smislene automatizacije, podržavati društvene mreže i vizualnu komunikaciju, osmisliti kreativne ponude i surađivati sa svim odjelima.
Requirements
Obrazovanje u hotelijerstvu/turizmu ili usporediva praksa; višegodišnje iskustvo na recepciji, idealno iskustvo vođenja tima. U profilu: tri godine radnog iskustva i jedna godina vođenja. Hotelski i rezervacijski softver te MS Office, posebno Excel; ekonomsko razmišljanje i zadovoljstvo u prodaji. Njemački C2 i dobro poznavanje engleskog, dodatni jezici prednost. Empatija, kompetencije vođenja, organizacija, samoinicijativa, odgovornost i spremnost na učenje. Interes za digitalizaciju i AI te poistovjećivanje s pažljivošću, održivošću i suradnjom punom poštovanja.
