Hotelski kompleks VALARA Alpine Art Hotel u Hintertuxu traži pojačanje na puno radno vrijeme za radni odnos na određeno vrijeme u cjelogodišnjem poslovanju. Početak rada prema dogovoru; oglašeni početak bio je 24. rujna 2026.
Tasks
Samostalno vodite našu poziciju garde-manger i odgovorni ste za hladnu kuhinju. Pripremate predjela, salate, hladne komponente i druga jela iz naše linije menija. Brnete se za moderan, kreativan i dosljedno visokokvalitetan prikaz naših jela. Samostalno izrađujete svoj dnevni mise-en-place. Radite sa svježim, visokokvalitetnim te što regionalnijim i sezonskim proizvodima. Kao punopravni chef de partie možete prema potrebi preuzeti i druge pozicije u našoj kuhinji. Fleksibilno pomažete tamo gdje je vaše znanje u kuhinjskom timu upravo potrebno. Blisko surađujete s glavnim kuharom i svojim kolegama te se brinete za nesmetan tijek rada u kuhinji. Doprinosite vlastitim idejama za jela, komponente i prezentacije. Kontrolirate zalihe robe i kvalitetu proizvoda u svom području te usklađujete narudžbe s glavnim kuharom. Odgovorno i ekonomično rukujete namirnicama i robom. Brinete se za red i čistoću na svojoj poziciji te poštujete naše higijenske i HACCP standarde.
Requirements
Završena kuharska izobrazba ili odgovarajuće temeljito radno iskustvo Iskustvo kao gardemanger ili na usporedivim kuhinjskim pozicijama Stručna fleksibilnost za preuzimanje i drugih chef-de-partie pozicija osim hladne kuhinje Uživanje u predjelima, hladnoj kuhinji i modernoj prezentaciji Sigurna kuharska vještina i dobar osjećaj za okus i izgled Interes za regionalne i sezonske proizvode Svijest o kvaliteti i odgovorno postupanje s namirnicama Uredan, strukturiran i samostalan način rada Timski duh, pouzdanost i fleksibilnost Kreativnost i želja za doprinosom vlastitim idejama Radno iskustvo: 5 godina. Razina jezika prema oglasu: DE C2, EN B1. Radna dozvola mora biti prisutna ili EU državljanstvo.
