Jahresstelle in der Küche des À-la-carte-Restaurants Staribacher in Leibnitz. Die aktuelle Karriereseite führt die Stelle unter „Derzeit suchen wir“; der dort noch genannte Eintritt März/April 2026 liegt zurück, der konkrete Einstieg ist abzustimmen.
Tasks
Mise en Place, Zubereitung und Anrichten auf verschiedenen Posten. HACCP-, Sauberkeits- und Ordnungsregeln einhalten und überwachen. Je nach Eignung den Küchenchef bei Bestellung, Personal- und Urlaubsplanung sowie Menügestaltung unterstützen. Seminarmenüs und Buffets zubereiten, bei Bedarf auch montags. Frühstücksbuffet vorbereiten und Lehrlinge begleiten.
Requirements
Gewünscht sind Grundkenntnisse der Küchenorganisation, gastronomische Ausbildung und/oder À-la-carte-Erfahrung sowie Freude an hochwertigen Lebensmitteln. Kalkulations-, Wareneinsatz- und Personalplanungskenntnisse von Vorteil. Tatkräftige Arbeitsweise; eigenes Fahrzeug zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes notwendig. Wohnsitz in der Region von Vorteil.
