Tasks
Príprava surovín, varenie a aranžovanie na rôznych postoch. Dodržiavanie a kontrola pravidiel HACCP, čistoty a poriadku. Podľa vhodnosti podpora šéfkuchára pri objednávkach, plánovaní personálu a dovoleniek, ako aj pri tvorbe menu. Príprava seminárnych menu a bufetov, v prípade potreby aj v pondelok. Príprava raňajkového bufetu a sprevádzanie učňov.
Requirements
Požadované sú základné znalosti organizácie kuchyne, gastronomické vzdelanie a/alebo skúsenosti s à la carte ponukou, ako aj radosť z kvalitných potravín. Výhodou sú znalosti kalkulácie, nákladov na tovar a personálneho plánovania. Aktívny pracovný prístup; nevyhnutné je vlastné vozidlo na dosiahnutie pracoviska. Výhodou je bydlisko v regióne.
