Éves állás a Staribacher à la carte éttermének konyháján Leibnitzben. A jelenlegi karrieroldal a „Derzeit suchen wir“ (Jelenleg keressük) részben tünteti fel az állást; az ott még szereplő 2026. márciusi/áprilisi belépés időpontja már elmúlt, a konkrét kezdés egyeztetést igényel.
Tasks
Mise en place, ételkészítés és tálalás különböző posztokon. A HACCP-, tisztasági és rendszabályok betartása és betartatása. Alkalmasság szerint a konyhafőnök támogatása a rendelés, a személyzet- és szabadságtervezés, valamint a menütervezés terén. Szemináriumi menük és büfék készítése, szükség esetén hétfőn is. Reggelibüfé előkészítése és a tanulók kísérése.
Requirements
Alapvető konyhaszervezési ismeretek, vendéglátós képzettség és/vagy à la carte tapasztalat, valamint a minőségi élelmiszerek iránti lelkesedés elvárt. Kalkulációs, árufelhasználási és személyzeti tervezési ismeretek előnyt jelentenek. Aktív munkavégzési mód; a munkahely eléréséhez saját jármű szükséges. A régióban való lakóhely előnyt jelent.
