Tasks
Priprema namirnica, pripremanje i aranžiranje jela na različitim pozicijama. Pridržavati se i nadzirati HACCP pravila te pravila čistoće i reda. Ovisno o sposobnostima, podržavati šefa kuhinje u naručivanju, planiranju osoblja i godišnjih odmora te osmišljavanju jelovnika. Pripremati menije za seminare i buffete, prema potrebi i ponedjeljkom. Pripremati buffet za doručak i voditi naučnike.
Requirements
Poželjno je osnovno poznavanje organizacije kuhinje, ugostiteljsko obrazovanje i/ili iskustvo u à la carte poslovanju te zadovoljstvo u radu s visokokvalitetnim namirnicama. Prednost su poznavanje kalkulacija, upravljanja utroškom materijala i planiranja osoblja. Praktičan i angažiran način rada; vlastito vozilo za dolazak na radno mjesto je nužno. Prednost je prebivalište u regiji.
