Tasks
Mise en place, προετοιμασία και διακόσμηση σε διάφορους σταθμούς. Τήρηση και επίβλεψη των κανόνων HACCP, καθαριότητας και τάξης. Ανάλογα με τα προσόντα, υποστήριξη του σεφ στη διαχείριση παραγγελιών, προσωπικού και αδειών καθώς και στον σχεδιασμό μενού. Προετοιμασία μενού σεμιναρίων και μπουφέ, εφόσον απαιτείται και Δευτέρα. Προετοιμασία πρωινού μπουφέ και καθοδήγηση μαθητευομένων.
Requirements
Απαιτούνται βασικές γνώσεις οργάνωσης κουζίνας, γαστρονομική εκπαίδευση ή/και εμπειρία σε à-la-carte, καθώς και αγάπη για ποιοτικά τρόφιμα. Γνώσεις κοστολόγησης, διαχείρισης κόστους υλικών και προγραμματισμού προσωπικού θα θεωρηθούν πλεονέκτημα. Δυναμικός τρόπος εργασίας· απαραίτητο ίδιο όχημα για τη μετάβαση στον χώρο εργασίας. Κατοικία στην περιοχή θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
