Tasks
Mise en place, preparare și aranjare la diferite posturi. Respectarea și supravegherea regulilor HACCP, de igienă și de ordine. În funcție de aptitudini, sprijinirea bucătarului-șef la comenzi, planificarea personalului și a concediilor, precum și la conceperea meniurilor. Prepararea meniurilor de seminar și a bufetelor, la nevoie și lunea. Pregătirea bufetului de mic dejun și îndrumarea ucenicilor.
Requirements
Se solicită cunoștințe de bază privind organizarea bucătăriei, formare în gastronomie și/sau experiență à la carte, precum și plăcerea de a lucra cu alimente de calitate superioară. Cunoștințe de calculație, gestiune a costurilor cu materiile prime și planificare a personalului reprezintă un avantaj. Mod de lucru activ; este necesar un vehicul propriu pentru a ajunge la locul de muncă. Reședința în regiune reprezintă un avantaj.
